PAYMENT

We accept the folowing modes of payment:

  • Interbank transfer (local only)
  • Cash-on-delivery (within Singapore and for orders above SGD 100.00 only) 
  • Credit Cards (via Paypal payment gateway)
  • Paypal

For overseas orders, payment will be done via Paypal (you need not have Paypal account).


DELIVERY

We send all orders via Singpost registered mail for maximum time efficiency and accountability. 

Local deliveries are free of charge for orders of any amount. 

We would only deliver by hand and accept cash-on-delivery for orders above SGD 100.00.

Except for cash-0n-delivery, all deliveries will be made only after full payment received.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We make stringent checks on all orders and items before they are sent out. 

In the unlikely event that the item is received in a condition not to your satisfaction, please email us to let us know of your problems as well as to request for an exchange. 

You may exchange for an item which is of different value than your initial order. If you exchange for an item of a higher value, we will ship your new item upon receipt of your top-up and returned item in good order*. If you exchange for an item of a lower value, we will refund you via interbank transfer only upon receipt of the returned item in good order.

If the exchange is due to faults that lie with us (ie. wrong size or item sent etc.), we will pay for all postage costs** involved. If the exchange is a result of a change of mind on your part, all postage charges will be borne by you.

* All returned items must not be worn, torn or soiled and the tag must not be removed.

** We will send out all items by registered mail only, which is an additional SGD 2.24 on top of normal mail rates. We strongly recommend that you send any returns to us via registered mail too. We cannot be responsible for any loss of mail.

 

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information like email addresses, phone numbers, bank details and other sensitive details with third parties, unless we are so instructed by the law for special judiciary purpose.

Your email address that we capture will be used solely for the purpose of Big Grin Organics Pte. Ltd. mailing list, which you can easily opt out any time (just email to us with the title "Unsubscribe" or enter your name and email address on the mailing list icon on our homepage and click "Unsubscribe").
